I request an observer pass to be included with my convention registration. Cost is $45 and wil be paid through your team account at ADA. The observer pass allows you access as a parent to observe ballrooms with dancers and teachers for all rooms but the teacher rooms. This pass also includes the showcase event on Saturday night. Tickets may be purchased separately for showcase without this pass.

I understand that the hotel fee is paid through the dance studio, but I will need to provide a credit card upon arrival for incidentals. The name on the room and confirmation number will be shared with me prior to the event.
